We had all soffits and fascia’s replaced on our Poole bungalow in July. We felt very comfortable and reassured by Peter from the first meet. Peter and his team were highly approachable and customer focussed and communication throughout was excellent. He was the only company that recommended replacing some of the wood which was clearly rotten with other companies saying they would leave it in place. Peter and the team were courteous and professional from beginning to the end. Peter took the time to discuss with us the best options for us and Chris was very polite, clean and did a great job fitting the windows. We only had an issue with the trickle vents which were not Peter’s fault and he did try ordering another type of trickle vent for us but it didn’t fit. Overall very happy with the work and would use again and would recommend.
